Basically this means, people type in your dotcom, and seamlessly it's redirected to yourdotcomhere.kjwebdesign.com, for a small monthly fee. You can have full FTP access to your website, if needed at no extra charge. This can be a cost effective solution, instead of higher monthly hosting fees, for tons space and features you don't need.
